LAST ORDER DATES FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
UK Christmas Order Cut Off:
- If you order before 11:59pm on Wednesday 18th December, your order will be dispatched before Christmas, and in time for Christmas delivery, it won't be sent on a guaranteed delivery. So make sure you place your order early to avoid disappointment of late deliveries.
Ireland Christmas Order Cut Off:
- If you order before 11:59pm on Sunday 9th December, your order will be dispatched before Christmas, and in time for Christmas delivery, it won't be sent on a guaranteed delivery. So make sure you place your order early to avoid disappointment of late deliveries.
Rest of World Order Cut Off:
- If you order before 11:59pm on Monday 2nd December, your order will be dispatched before Christmas, and in time for Christmas delivery, it won't be sent on a guaranteed delivery. So make sure you place your order early to avoid disappointment of late deliveries.
Any orders placed after any of these times, will be dispatched in the New Year after the Monday 6th January when our Office is re-open from our little Christmas break.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We know there’s nothing better than Christmas shopping to get you in the festive spirit. We also know that sometimes you might change your mind, that’s why we’ve extended our normal returns policy over the festive period.
In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online between Saturday 2nd November 2024 and Wednesday 18th December 2024 can be returned up until, and including Friday 17th January 2025 for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Just make sure your unwanted gifts are unused, in the original packaging (if appropriate) and still have the tags attached.
If you’ve received a gift that you’d like to return:
Simply send your items back to us, to the address below, with a note in stating that it is a gift and we’ll offer you a refund card for the value of the items.
