30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at laura@morningclubclothing.co.uk. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned earlier, including the item being unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
